Cylinder Sculptures

After exploring Solid Geometry, we rolled our own paper cylinders for sculptures.

We set out several sizes and colours of construction paper and a good amount of tape (we like tape around here!) Then we got to work rolling and sealing cylinders.
To help them stand straight, we cut little 'legs' around the bottom edges to fold outwards.

Then we arranged them on our strip of cardboard for Math Art!
