But our balcony in Shanghai is a welcome retreat from the bustling city life out there.

Daddy is the gardener and has a Gardener-in-Training (aka, Olivia!)

Charlotte and I just get to enjoy being outdoors and close to home;)

Love this plant! It's common name is Sleeping Grass and it exhibits 'thigmonasty'; real-time observable touch response (the leaves fold together when brushed.)
