Vegan Bites: Fruity Guacamole

O did not like my Fruity Guacamole from The Raw Food http://news.therawfoodworld.com/fruit-guacamole-three-ways/.
The above picture about says it all.

Apparently, it needed some popcorn.

The addition of salty popcorn was not half as bad as you may suspect.

Lime is my idea of the key ingredient for guacamole.

It looks like poop on a plate, but tastes worlds better (than I suspect poop on a plate tastes!)
