Vegan Bites: Macaroons

Yummy Anniversary

These macaroons are not necessarily real 'lookers', but they are definitely deelish. 
A little sweetness, a light crunchiness of coconut and some hidden protein power.

Macaroons
~1/2 cup raw sugar (we used Turbinado, roughly ground)
~1/4 cup oatmilk
~1 T (each) flaxmeal, chia seed, syrup (can sub in honey)
~1 t vanilla & salt
Mix.
~1 & ½ cup coconut
~6 T flour
Roll into balls.
Bake 350, 12 mins.
