Vegan Bites: Macaroons
Yummy Anniversary
These macaroons are not necessarily real 'lookers', but they are definitely deelish.
A little sweetness, a light crunchiness of coconut and some hidden protein power.
Macaroons

cup raw sugar (we used Turbinado, roughly ground)

cup oatmilk

T (each) flaxmeal, chia seed, syrup (can sub in honey)

t vanilla & salt
Mix.

& ½ cup coconut
~6
T flour
Roll into balls.
Bake
350, 12 mins.
