Huge hit!

We have misplaced our His & Hers Dehydrator's (read: beef jerky & fruit dehydrator's) along the way.
In the meantime, we sliced apples paper thin, and dried them at 300 degrees in the oven, until 'goldeny burnt!'

There was really no need to go any further with this recipe, since the dried apples were flying off the plate.

But I hid a handful, chopped them up and continued to use the Whirl-a-pop (thanks Uncle Jo!)

The coconut oil and cinnamon popping with the corn kernals was heavenly!
We omitted the almonds and added some salt, so not to lose out on the sweet and saltiness!
Fabulous Fall treat that could easily be devoured year-round!
