Guelph Organic Expo 2015

We literally dragged our two to the Guelph Organic Conference this weekend.http://guelphorganicconf.ca/
It was one of those activities where we were anxious to attend, but knew O & Baby C may find a bit boring.
Luckily, every other table had some snacks for sample or sale and several vendors had hands-on activities, so it was win-win!

It was our first time attending, so we really had no idea what to expect.
There were two levels of vendors catering to small-scale gardeners and big-time farmers.
Absolutely impressive..and packed with people!

Whiffletree "Heart" Nut-cracking Station

We had intended to see what kinds of seeds were in store for purchase, but we went home with loads of treats, none of which included seeds (a Waldorf Season's calendar, several jars of sugar-free jam from Crofters, Made Good granola bars plus free samples, Go Bio Vegan Gummi Bears, free documentary GMO OMG courtesy of Nature's Path)

Here's a sneak peek at the best of the show....
