Snowman Globe

For our Frosty theme, we made little tabletop Snow Globes, in two versions.
The easy version was placing a lump of playdough and a bamboo skewer in a mason jar to stack white beads.
Adding a scarf and some crystal-like Epsom Salts, finished it off.

I love the second version but it took a LONG time to complete and was a major math lesson!

We completed our Frosty lesson with the famous story of The Snowman, by Raymond Briggs (both the movie and the book) and Hallmark's cute little poem picture book, 'Snow What Fun'

'Christmas Classics' CD by Universal Music Family has a load of old favourites, including a vintage rendition of Frosty.
