Science is welcome around here any day, but blissfully anticipated when there is sugar involved!

The boiling of syrup (if lacking candy thermometer) takes a lot longer than I remember!
O & Baby C packed their snow bowls into hard surfaces and waited not-so-patiently for boiling syrup!
