"How do we take 4 pieces of card stock 

and have them hold up a book?"

Baby C attempted to stand the books vertically.

O started by arranging the flat card stock, but during testing, the book would not stay up.
Then we learned how to fold the stock accordion style to increase it's strength.

The real fun began when O & Baby C decided that they would try sitting on the experiment; laughing their butts off when the book unexpectedly collapsed under them!
