Vegan Bites: Banana Leaf Pudding

Ms.O was intent to cook with banana leaves and it fit fantastically into our Leaf Studies Unit!
Apparently, this is the second time we've made this pudding!
However, our first round, we did not attempt steamed rice.
The flavour is distinctly lighter and far preferred to boiled!

We love coconut rice puddings and have attempted several, ranging from easy to tedious.
This was both simple to prep and the flavour exceeded my expectations.
