Sweet Potato Slips

One organic sweet potato, cut in half and placed in water =
Sixteen leafy slips, cut out of said potato and planted in Spring soil =
Yet-to-be-determined baby sweet potatoes!

Our sweet potato slips were a complete experiment this year and we're excited to see the first signs of food coming out of the soil!

The leaves are growing beautifully, so late Autumn, we'll uncover what lays beneath the soils surface.
