Winter Solstice: Bonfire Baked Apples

Though I cannot take credit for the Apple Pie Packets made by lovely guests of a Solstice Bonfire, I will definitely share the recipe!

Bonfire Pie Packets

~apples, peel & sliced

~pad of vegan butter

~maple syrup/brown sugar

~nutmeg & cinnamon

Wrap in foil and place in hot coals.
