Math Monday: Skip Counting with Lego

Math made visual with the help of Lego.
We set it up pattern-style. I started the pattern and Miss O finished it off with a different colour.
It wasn't long before we witnessed the 'stairs' grow steeper.
This can be seen as skip counting, or multiplication tables. But we didn't even mention that bit. The important part was recognizing the patterns that so heavily form the basis of math concepts.

Miss C is quite keen to set me up with a pattern problem.
She arranges a pattern to stump me and then hands it over for me to duplicate.
It helps if I get stuck now and then. She always comes to my rescue!
