Math Monday: Fractions & Playdough Provocation
The lovely and talented Mrs T from Kids Make Mess features a no-fail playdough recipe.
Thank goodness. This is the first batch I did not mess up!
We used the recipe for Math Mondays fraction lesson, comparing 1/4-1cup sizes as well as teaspoons to tablespoons.
The kids had the chance to stir and cook their own playdough concoction, as well as the colour and essential oil of their choosing.
After afternoon siesta, I had the table ready with a Playdough Provocation.
Half-head, I called him.
The Artful Parent featured Playdough Faces on a flipped bowl.
Brilliant!
