A variety of sources have instructions for creating a Rubber Band Car.

They even have entire books devoted to Rubber Band Car Building; pages of cars with slight variations.

We tried the above with medium-sized success.

Although leaving the unfinished car out and available, most members of the house had a turn tweaking.
