Senses poems remind me slightly of Haiku. Though not the same sequencing of syllables, the same simplicity of description.
Senses poems are great 'starter' work for budding poets. They can be short sentences or a single word describing how a certain subject makes them feel. The results are always very eloquent, possible due to it's raw simplicity.
