Bird Watching
Observational Drawing!
(Monkey See, Monkey Do!)
We do a load of drawing in our home. I attempt to keep books with photos easily available so we can work on observational drawing. Not only because drawing is great for hand-eye coordination, penmanship practice, perspective, spatial relations but it also encourages us to observe and notice our environment.
Because we have this beautiful window for observing birds, we keep our Bird Guides close at hand.
