Still Life Seed Study

 

To introduce the fruit for seed study, we played a game called 'Behind My Back' which involves deducing what is being hidden by asking thoughtful questions. Those questions can only be answered by a 'yes' or a 'no.'
Then we displayed all the fruit we could find for still life watercolour work.
Shortly thereafter, said fruit was eaten.

We had an assortment of borrowed books that examine seeds; from the way they grow to the methods they travel.
