Vegan Bites: Lavender Lemon Shortbread
Mama: "Do you want to try this lavender shortbread?
They taste like laundry soap."
Miss O: "Sure! I've never tasted laundry soap!"
They couldn't have tasted too fragrant, as they flew off the plate for Spring Equinox!
We added a simple lemon glaze to adhere our little buds of love.
If you grow lavender, you can easily harvest the flowers in large bunches (stems and all) hang to dry thoroughly and shake into a jar.
