Vegan Bites: Lavender Moon Milk

It also happens to be the first day of Spring.
We celebrated with Lavender Moon Milk.
You cannot go wrong when you mix coconut milk and maple syrup!

Lavender Moon Milk

~1c coconut milk

~1c vanilla rice milk

~1-3T maple syrup

~pinch each cardomom and ginger

~lavender flowers in tea infuser

Bring to a rolling boil.

Remove infuser and mix milk in blender
