Math Monday: Waldorf Sun

Celebrating the Sun week with Solstice, this Friday.
We started our Solstice Week with Waldorf Suns made of kite paper.

1) Start with a square.

2) Fold into four squares (1/4's)

3) Fold each corner to the center point.

4) Turn to make a 'diamond'

5) Fold left & right corners to align with center line.

6) Fold up bottom triangle

7) Fold entire triangle in half lengthwise.

8) Nest each 'ray' into circular pattern.
