20 Days of Play: Botanical Dye's

Ending our Garden-themed week with Botanical Dye.

Tester Fabric

Collect a variety of foliage (bright flowers, intricate leaves, berries).
Arrange them on a light coloured cloth.
Pound out the dyes with hammer or rock.

Leaf Patterns

Rock Hammer

The result is a beautiful, naturally dyed cloth.

Sew many to a ribbon for bunting, or use individually as art.
