Manorun is 20 years in the making between husband and wife.
They had cow-milking demo's, mushroom inoculation lesson, herb field trip and a market store in the walk- out basment of their beautiful century home.
They've built this metal map (pictured above) of their property and divided it into small sections, where metal plates are engraved with an activity, date and small sketch! Amazing!!

 Beehives at Chickabee

Hives at Chickabee produce 60kg honey per year!

Dr. Richard took us on an herb walk and allowed us to taste test all the local plant life we can forage from our own backyard; St. Johns Wort, yarrow, pineapple weed, wild grape leaves, red clover....
Then they let us sample some of the tea's made from their herbs, gather eggs and snuggle chickens!
