 Potato Bins for All!

Seed Potatoes

 

Ever have a bag of potatoes with shoots already formed?

You can completely use those as your seed potatoes.

Otherwise, you can purchase already sprouted potatoes at your local hardware store.

We've also started 'slips' in mid-winter; cutting potatoes/yams in half and leaving them in a plate of water to form sprouts.

By late Fall, these bins are a treasure trove!
