Vegan Bites: Simple Slaw


Some of our best recipes have the fewest ingredients.
We eat this one all on it's own, or add it to rice wraps with a sprig of basil.

Simple Slaw
~2-3 small heads cabbage (nappa, chinese, red, savoy), shredded
~1/2 red onion, sliced thinly
~green onion, sliced thinly
~1/4c olive oil
~pinch sugar
~1-2t salt
Toss veg. Shake oil, sugar and salt before pouring.
Refrigerate.
Best served next day.
