Math Monday: Invitation to Geometry

Math Monday in the form of Geometry Labs...

By setting up stations for geometry; wooden tangram challenges and building geometric solids with Magnatiles, the kids were 'invited' to participate by curiosity alone.

Tangrams are something we return to time and again.
Our set has four wooden pieces and a worksheet of 100 samples. The samples simply outline the shape you are to create, giving no major details about the sequence.
Problem-solving and spatial relations are paramount.
