Vegan Bites: GF Crackers


No one ever says no to dough.
We got out the rolling pins and set to work on homemade crackers.


These were really tasty, however I was a little too frugal with the water, which led to less binding.
The crackers were so flaky, they could not keep their shape.
Definitely allow for a stickier dough and roll them between parchment to avoid frustration.


Once a friend asked for a list of my go-to cookbooks.
I mentioned I loved 'Raw' and borrowed it from the library on a regular basis.
The next week, it showed up in my mailbox!
