Vegan Bites: Maple Cookies
Our tried and true Gingerbread Cookie recipe, but in the shape of leaves to celebrate Fall (and Canada).
Gingerbread
(crunchy)
~2 & 1/4c flour
~1/2c brown sugar
~1 & ½ t baking soda
~1/4t salt
~1t cinnamon
~1/3c oatmilk
~1/3c blackstrap molasses
~1T fresh ginger juice
~1/2-1t dried ginger
Mix dry. Mix wet. Combine. Use loads
of flour to roll 1/16 inch. Use desired cookie cutters. Bake @ 275 for 10-15
mins.
