Vegan Bites: Coconut Chia Pudding
Simple, protein-packed pudding.
Coconut Chia Pudding
~1c coconut milk
~1/2c chia seed
~1-2T maple syrup.
Stir and allow to sit in fridge for several hours.
Top with coconut yogurt, berries, baked coconut shavings and chocolate chunks.
