Vegan Bites: Frozen Lemonade

Frozen Lemonade
~3 lemons, juiced
~1T maple syrup
~1c ice cubes
~1c coconut milk
~2T red cabbage juice (natural colouring)
Whiz in blender. Top glass with honey and dip in coconut shreds.
Add 'Six Sided Marshmellow Snowflakes' as garnish.
