Five Stones Game

Five Stones Game is otherwise known as Chinese Jacks.
It develops hand-eye coordination, counting skills and can be played solitaire or in groups.
You can play with actual stones, but we chose to make mini beanbags with a twist, thanks to 'Shiny Happy World.'

The mini beanbags were a Level 3 for sewing skills.
Mr. M made a giant beanbag so he could clock his time on the sewing machine!
We placed elastic around the bottom of the funnel, so he could stuff his beanbag with rice.

Once three sides of the beanbag are sewn and the contents are in, simply seal in the other direction to make this clever pyramid-style.

One 'stone' is the throwing stone. We made those a different colour than the remaining four.
Throw your throwing stone and scoop up one stone from the ground, before catching your throwing stone.
Repeat and continue until all five stones are in your hand.
