Mary Anning Fossil Crackers

After kinetic sand and shell play, we made our own Fossil Crackers.
You could easily substitute your favourite cookie or playdough too.
The crackers worked well as they do not spread when baking, so they retained their shell form.

We continued to read literature about Mary Anning and how her discoveries on the seashores made breakthroughs in historical science.
