DIY Headbands

 Mission Accomplished!

Headbands is a sewing project we had yet to attempt and after completion, may never attempt again.
These two projects were not for the novice.
The kids asked for some sample patterns to pair with skirts and dresses they made for friends.
We learned quickly, though headbands may be small, they are terribly finicky.
In the end, they met the challenge and were pleased with their results.

Miss C opted for a scrunchie-style band with a bow.
It turned out super sweet; a mix of the 50's and 90's!

Miss O chose a bandeau-style headband and decided to add some pretty pleats so there was not excess coverage on top.
