Vegan Bites: Chickpea Crackers


Great recipe from a dear friend.

Chickpea Crackers
~1c chickpea flour
~sprinkle of black and brown sesame seed
~generous pinch of saffron, paprika, turmeric, black pepper
~1/2t salt (or more!)
~1T olive oil
~1/4c water
Mix dry. Mix wet.
Combine.
Roll between parchment as paper thin as possible.
Slice and salt.
Bake at 350 for 12-20 minutes (once they start to turn golden)
