Vegan Bites: Chocolate Mice on Monday

Desereaux is a tiny mouse with extra large ears, who eventually (spoiler alert) loses his tail in a kitchen accident. We re-created an edible version of Despereaux with our Maple Orb recipe and chocolate!

Any energy balls that retain their form, can be used to mold into mice shapes.

Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Pour 'ears' and press them before freezing.

Once you have your bodies and ears, you can coat the body in chocolate and add the ears while it's hot.
