Map Monday: Cair Paravel

As promised, we're heading to Cair Paravel this week; the fictitious locale frequented by Edmond, Peter, Susan and Lucy of the Chronicles of Narnia series.

Picking up with Prince Caspian, the fourth book of the series, the four siblings are about to return on the train to school for September, when they feel the pull of magic and suddenly find themselves on a seemingly deserted island. They discover the Narnia they left only a year ago, has aged 100 years in time travel time, evident by the overgrowth.

We worked on creating an 'ancient' map and revamping our entryway into the lilac hideaway!
