Map Monday: Continent of Africa

Beginning our Black History month studies at the beginning: A is for Africa.

Africa is one of the seven continents of the world and is home to 55 countries!! We weren't about to draw all 55 flags, however, our beautiful book 'Maps' featured seven of those and they happened to be spread out evenly over the continent; Morocco, Egypt, Ghana, Tanzania, Namibia, Rep. of South Africa and Madagascar.
