Music Monday: Tibetan Singing Bowls

  

 An exercise in meditation and music; Tibetan singing bowls. The intent is to ring the bowl, close your eyes and rest your hands on your knees. When you hear the ringing end (which can take several minutes), clasp your hands in the center of your lap.

 
This is one of the several music exercises we played to start off our Sound Week.
