Snowperson Perspective Drawing

Keeping with our theme of snow this week (since there is none of the real stuff around), we completed Mystery Drawings in Mini. Everyone grabs a pencil and follows in steps until the drawing reveals itself-with lots of guessing in the meantime. These snowpeople are drawn from a mouse point of view with some serious perspective. The kids then completed their work with chalk pastel for a soft, snowy look.

 

We followed up with our favourite snow themed books; two by Elsa Beskow.
