Fish Flip: Light Refraction Magic
Simple science several ways. First I had the kids each draw different subjects: a fish, a backwards sentence and stripes. We then took a look at what happens when we place those drawings behind a tall glass of water; the fish slipped, the sentence appeared forwards and the stripes changed places!
