Map Monday: Local Watershed & Wildlife
We're extending our fish and pond studies to local watersheds. We were introduced by this watershed video from Florida, USA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yhsHS1sYfdc
hAfterwards we created a map of our own local watershed and a few examples of the wildlife that live and thrive on freshwater sources. We named the counties in our area, as well as landmarks we frequent and the lake closest where the river meets.
