Math Monday: Fish Hook (Array Attack)
hA sneaky introduction to multiplication (rectangular arrays)? Or an easy math game with a pair of dice?
Simply fill in fish (or sharks) and hooks in a large grid. The goal being to roll a pair of dice and create a grid with those dimensions, making sure to catch fish and not hooks.
The older set can turn the array into math equations. A very visual method of multiplying.
