~1/2t salt

~1.5T rapid rise yeast

~3.5c spelt flour

Mix well. Add...

~1c warm water

Stir into sticky dough. Sit in fridge, covered, for 8 hours.

Oil hands and 8" cake pan/parchment. Roll into ball. Sit in warm spot to rise/double for 2 hours.

Poke fingers to the bottom to make dimples. Push in cherry tomato and olive halves. Sprinkle with oregano and sea salt. Bake at 450, 20 minutes.
