Vegan Bites: Blueberry Basil Ice Cream

Blueberry Basil Ice Cream

~2.5 c fresh/frozen berries (wild will yield best colour)

~1/2c water

~1/2-3/4c sweetener

Boil into syrup.

~1.5c coconut mik

~1c rice milk

~1/4c sweetener

Heat milks and sweetener. Add chopped basil leaf.

Combine syrup and milk mixtures when cool. Blend well.

Pour into frozen stainless steel container. Serve with berries and coconut milk.
