Vegan Bites: Buttery Soft Seed Crackers

Packed with protein, these super seed crackers are inspired by Julie Morris. If you double the recipe like we did, it should make 4 thinly spread cookie sheets, but too thin and they crumble-delicate balance.

Buttery Soft Seed Crackers

 ~1/4c chia seeds

~2T flaxseeds

~6T ground flax

~1c warm water

Combine above and sit for 5 minutes.

~2/3c hemp hearts

~2T coconut oil

~3/4t sea salt

~pinch saffron, pepper, cumin seed

Spread onto parchment. Score as desired. Bake 250 1 hour (or until completely dry. Ours were thick, so required almost 2.5 hours!)
