A is for Apple Pie Cake

Big hit! Loaf for three, apparently.

Apple Pie Cake

~1/2c each maple syrup, butter,  apple sauce

Cream.

~2c flour

~2t baking powder

~1t baking soda, salt

~!/2t each cardamom, cinnamon, ginger

~1 apple, finely diced

Sift together.

~1/4c rice milk

Add milk as combining wet and dry.

Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350 for 40mins.
