Vegan Bites: Cashew Coconut Cups

 

 Cashew Coconut Cups

~1.5 cups cashews

~1.5 coconut

~1/2c hemp seeds

~2t flax seed/chia

Process well. Add..

~1/4c dates

~1/4c syrup

~1/3c tahini

Press into muffin cups leaving small space for melted chocolate top.

Chocolate Top

~1.4c cocoa powder

~1/2c coconut oil

~1T tahini/nut butter

~3T syrup

Melt in double boiler. Pour on top of cashew coconut cups.

Use remaining for chocolate bark with nuts/fruit.
