Spring Sewing: The Paddington Pattern
jSimply cannot say enough about the beautiful patterns from Peppermint Magazine. It's a pay-what-you-can co-operative and the results of Miss O's first pattern from Peppermint (The Paddington pattern) translated to learning sleeves (beautiful balloon sleeves), necklines and buttonholes. Stunning!
We purchased a cotton print from Etsy with forest wildlife, a meter in total. Miss O had to print and paste the pattern together before measuring her size. With very little help, she completed the blouse in an afternoon, before adding her own tucks and pleats for flare!
