Word Wednesday: GREEN Letterboxing & Growing
kAs Spring slowly makes its way into our seasons, we begin our warming up activities; scavenger hunts and seed sowing! First we sent Mr.M on a letter boxing scavenger hunt before we each chose a kit of micro greens to don our winter windowsill. Microgreens prove a wee bit tricky, since they need watering but not soaking. We're attempting a spray bottle to keep it to a light mist.
The big kids have done so many scavenger hunts they're super pro. It's Mr.'s turn to take a go, so I set up mason jars with stamps and corresponding numbers to hide outdoors. Once he collected the lot-he returned to stamp out the word: GREEN.
