Carrot-in-a-Box

 l

Mama: "This is a game of calling your bluff."

Miss C: "You mean, a game to teach people how to lie."

After conducting the Marshmallow Experiment on the kids a few years ago, I've been on a search for other interesting social experiments of sorts. When I learned about Carrot-in-a-Box, it seemed to fit the Spring theme, so we tested it out. Two players have a box in front of them. Only one box contains a carrot. One player must look in their box and convince the other player to trade or keep, the goal being the carrot.

All I really discovered is that my kids are decent liars or I am very gullible, as I lost every round I played in!
